-Please read through pricing guidelines and policies before making your request.

-S&H- $5 U.S./ $7.50 international. Insurance is optional, but recommended.

-Choose your character and describe your concept, if applicable, and/or supply appropriate visual aid (i.e. a drawing or photo of the type of pose you would like to see), otherwise the artist is free to draw whatever scene fancies him. Be prepared to supply reference (character costume, likeness, etc.) if requested. Nudity is acceptable, so long as it remains 'artistic' (i.e. playboy type imagery). Depictions of sexual acts or subjects intended to be directly offensive to any individual or group (ethnic, religious, etc) are out of bounds. Artist reserves the right to refuse any request for any reason.

-All pieces are done on a pre-pay basis only. Payment is not required until work on the commission has begun. Payment is non-refundable unless the commission is cancelled by the artist. An invoice will be sent before work begins. Please do not send any payments until you recieve an invoice. All payments are made via Paypal.

-Expected delivery time is 4-8 weeks from receipt of paymant. If a delay occurs, the purchaser will be notified by the artist. If a specific time needs to be met for delivery that is before the stated turnaround,, i.e. for a birthday gift, an additional fee of 10% will be charged.

-Purchasers of commissioned art recieve the physical artwork. No other rights are conveyed by this transaction. Artist retains all rights in the artwork, including all copyright rights, and reserves the right to license or otherwise authorize the publication of the artwork, with no duty of accounting or any further obligation to the purchaser.
